Text Box: An Ascended Master is person that once walked the Earth as a human being in the form of a healer, teacher, prophet and is now on the spirit plane.  The Ascended Master continues to conduct his or her work from the other side and is a very powerful being.  Ascended Masters can be found in every country, of every cultural, nationality, and ethnic background, and may come from ancient times all the way through modern times.  Some examples of Ascended Masters would be Jesus, Mother Mary Magdalen, Buddha, Ghandi, Martin Luther King, Jr. and other Saints, Gods, Goddesses, and other Deities.

                           How does one make contact with an Ascended Master?

The answer is easy.  Just ask.  Ascended Masters can be used any time you need an answer to a challenging question or guidance in a difficult area.  For example, if you were writing a poem and found yourself stuck, you may want to call on Walt Whitman or perhaps Elizabeth Barrett Browning and they will assist you in moving past your block.  When you call on them you must be sure to call on them with an open heart and the sincere desire for their help and guidance.

Are there specific Ascended Masters that are useful for certain tasks or concerns?

Yes.  There are certain Ascended Masters that can be invoked, or called upon, to assist us with specific concerns.  Below you will find a table listing a variety of Ascended Masters, their Origins, What they are known for, and What you may call on them for.  This list is by far not all inclusive but rather it covers a majority of the more well known Ascended Masters.

She is the female equivalent to Archangel Michael and she is also a highly respected Celtic Goddess .  She is a "Sun Goddess" and as such is associated with fire.

*  Instilling warmth in all relationships, situations, and environments.



Buddha



Asia

Despite being born into wealth, Buddha took notice to the despair of those that were poverty-stricken and became focused on helping the suffering that he was witness to.  He began teaching about "detachment from suffering" through realizing one's inner peace , thus the foundation for Buddhism.

Ireland

Dana was a powerful Celtic Goddess who is believed to have been the "Great Mother aspect of the Divine Creator"

Ganesha



Hindu; India

This Ascended Master is a deity with a prominent elephant-head and works to remove any blocks for those that call on him.  He is known for being the Hindu God of prosperity and assists those who embark on any creative endeavors.

Guinevere



United Kingdom

Guinevere is known as the Goddess of Love and Relationships not to mention fertility and mothering.  Guinevere is a Celtic Goddess who is best known from her association with King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table.  She is buried with King Arthur in the Glastonbury Abbey, or so it is believed.

Isis




Egypt

Isis is also known as the Egyptian Goddess of the Moon and she represents feminine energy, motherhood, magic, and healing.  She is best known for marrying her brother Osiris who was later killed by his brother only to have Isis resurrect him from the dead so that they could conceive a son, Horus.  Isis is also known as the original priestess of magic.  Because of her ability to resurrect her husband, she had earned the title of the Underworld Queen in addition to the fact that she assists those in crossing over.

Isolt



Celtic

Isolt is known as the Goddess of Love and Passion as well as enhancing sexual satisfaction and the assistance in finding one's soulmate.  She was the daughter of an Irish King and is associated with the King Arthur time era as well as a romantic tragedy with Triston who was the Prince of Cornwall.

Jesus

Everything that we know about Jesus comes from the four Gospels as well as the letters of Paul found in the New Testament.   It has been said that Jesus held miraculous powers to heal and intervene thereby creating miracles in addition to healing the sick.

Kali



 

Hindu; India

Kali is known as the Goddess of Destruction or also the Endings and Beginnings.  Although many fear Kali, she is a loving and peaceful energy that wants nothing more than to assist with the ending of cycles so as to harvest the new.  She has intense and high energy as well as a very clear mission.  She can be impatient and once you call on her for assistance, step out of her way and let her do what you have called on her to do.

Kuan Yin





Asia

Kuan Yin is known as the Goddess of Mercy and compassion as well as protection.  She has been known for her deep love for humanity and spirituality so as to enlighten others and reduce suffering.  She also represents female divinity and the Goddess energy.

Lu-Hsing



China

Lu-Hsing is known as the God of Employment and everything having to do with it (i.e. promotions, communication, pay, career, investments, etc.)  He brings happiness, fortune, wealth, and longevity.  He once was a mortal being who lived in the 2nd-century and preached to avoid any corrupt behaviors in attempts to get ahead.

Mother Mary

Again, like Jesus, she is known from the four Gospels although most of what we know about her has been channeled or second-hand knowledge,  She is the mother of Jesus and has often been called the "Queen of ANgels" as she is linked with many of the Archangels and is a very loving , patient, and kind woman.  She is particularly fond of children.

Merlin

 Merlin is best known for being a wizard and a powerful magician during the era of King Arthur.  He was a psychic visionary and spiritual teacher as well as advisor to King Arthur.  He is associated with the Goddesses of Avalon and Glastonbury as well as Viviane, Guinevere, and The Lady of the Lake.

Pele is known as the Fire Goddess who oversees Hawaii's volcanoes.  She can shape-shift into anything from a beautiful woman to an old crone to an animal as well as an element.  She has been know to fall in love repeatedly with mortals and gods.

Saint John of God is only one of the many Saints that we can call on for assistance.  He is known as the Patron of the both the mentally and physically ill not to mention assisting hospital workers.  He had a strong regard for the homeless and displaced individuals as well as those who suffered from any illnesses and or deprivations.

Sedna






Inuit/Eskimo

Sedna is better known as the Goddess of the Sea or the Creator of all of its inhabitants.  She is able to grant wishes to those that go to the sea and ask for favors in truth and love.

*  Stimulates dreams and intuition

Roman; New Age

Vesta is known as the Goddess of Fire and oversees all issues surrounding the home.  She has strong association with Helios, the Roman Sun God.
